Roberta Podzius - President & CEO 
Roberta Podzius is the President and CEO of InterPro Transcription Solutions, a portfolio company of Corstone Capital, a private equity firm with ownership interests in over 15 companies. She leads a national team responsible for working with medical facilities across the United States to ensure the delivery of prompt and accurate patient healthcare documentation.
During her nearly thirty years in the healthcare documentation industry, Roberta has performed in management and executive roles with several top-tier medical facilities and research institutions.
Early in her career, after initial service with several Michigan hospitals, she led the development of the paralegal division for a major medical malpractice defense law firm in Detroit. Upon relocation with her family to Phoenix, Roberta managed the medical transcription division at a world-renowned Scottsdale clinic, and then became the department head at a nationally recognized geriatric and research multi-hospital system. Roberta eventually left the hospital setting to executive direct the western division of a national MTSO, where she spearheaded the research and development team that implemented one of the industry’s first web-based dictation and transcription platforms. She then left to begin her own independent transcription consulting firm. Prior to joining InterPro, Roberta served as the Vice President of Consulting and Transcription Services with a prominent national transcription consulting firm.
Roberta possesses a reputation as an innovative leader in the transcription industry, one whose long-term operational best-practices standards have been embraced by the industry as a whole. She is a continuous member of AHDI, AHIMA and AzHIMA. Roberta is active in her community, supports various charities, and serves on a variety of boards and commissions.
Albert Hawk, Chairman 
Albert "Bud" Hawk is Chairman of Interpro Transcription Solutions and a Founder and Managing Partner of Corstone Capital. Prior to founding Corstone Capital, Mr. Hawk served as the CEO of a publicly traded company that pioneered wireless, reliable mobile computing products and services to public safety and other wireless markets. He is also Chairman and a founding shareholder of AstraHR, a business process outsourcing company.
Previously, Mr. Hawk was part of the executive team that grew a publicly traded natural resource and financial services holding company from negligible assets to over $400 million in revenue and $1.5 billion in assets from 1990 to 1993, at which time the companies were sold. Prior to his business career, Mr. Hawk was a member of the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law. Mr. Hawk also served as an attorney for the U.S government in commodity and securities areas.
Mr. Hawk is a speaker before business groups and is active in the community. He also serves on the Board of Special Love, a not-for-profit devoted to children with cancer, and Neediest Kids, a not-for-profit devoted to inner city kids with special needs.
Michael Helmicki, Director 
Michael Helmicki is a Director with Interpro Transcription Solutions, responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of strategies to meet specific organizational objectives. Mr. Helmicki is a Managing Director of Corstone Capital and a General Partner of the Corstone Fund. In addition to overseeing principal investment activities, Mr. Helmicki is responsible for evaluating and driving new strategic business opportunities within Corstone's portfolio, including strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Corstone, Mr. Helmicki was a Partner at Edison Venture Fund, an expansion stage investment firm with $550 million under management. He was responsible for leading numerous successful investments in healthcare, enterprise software and business services. Prior to his investment career, Mr. Helmicki was an entrepreneur and founding member of two successful technology start-ups which were exited by sale to strategic purchasers. He began his career with Accenture, where he managed software development and operations strategy initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients.
Mr. Helmicki holds a bachelor's degree in politics from Catholic University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Helmicki serves the boards of several companies in the United States and Asia.
Mike Skoff, Director 
Mike Skoff is a Director with Interpro Transcription Solutions, responsible for driving key finance and strategic planning areas. Mr. Skoff is a Managing Director of Corstone Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, diligence and structuring of new portfolio investments.
Mike has been involved with public and private technology companies at various stages of development as both an officer and an investor for over 20 years. Prior to joining Corstone, Mr. Skoff was the first CFO of a venture backed SaaS company and was instrumental in raising $12 million in equity and $2 million in debt in support of aggressive growth. Prior to that, he served as CFO of a mobile messaging company from its founding in early 2003 to its cash sale in 2006.
Formerly, Mr. Skoff has served as CFO for several entities including an incubator of early stage technology companies, a mobile data service provider, and a manufacturer of mobile rugged computer systems. Prior to his operational CFO roles, Mike served as managing director for Corstone Corporation from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, he has held positions with Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Ernst & Young. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
